Terrence Ross So, Danny, I am wondering how you see history progressing from this point in time. Don’t you want nuclear weapons to be deconstructed, for your loved ones, for your progeny, or even as Jonathan Schell wrote, “for all the heroic and wonderful deeds of the past whose bearers we now represent….”?

Don’t try to suck me into your Kard Trick nonsense. We need nuclear weapons to fight the battle of Armageddon, as prophesied in the Book of Revelation:

Everybody doesn’t have to “play cards” to solve this problem. Everyone is really not necessary to get the Solution. It really can be done without you or Mr. Falla. It’s perfectly OK for you to believe as you do. However, that will not prevent the Solution from happening.

I have actually met quite a few hipsters and left-wingers, right-wingers too, who have similar beliefs. But it always surprises me too find another human being who has passed judgment on his entire species and actively desires the end of the world. This kind of eschatological thinking has in fact been present all along. It has traveled through history in the form of Teleology. We stand before it now. I have wondered if it reflects the individuals fear of death’s solitude. It is better to go together with running shoes on, I guess, Heaven’s Gate?

You know that galaxy, the little tiny greenish one about three centimeters down and four from the left in that Hubble telscope photo with all the millions of galaxies in it? Well, I’ve been looking at it for a fucking long time and I don’t think there’s any life in it at all. I think we should blow the fuck out of it with all of our nuclear weapons.
